Refund and Returns Policy

At Candle Making Set, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date your item is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage, defects, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some products may not be returned if they have been opened or used. These items will be clearly marked on the product page. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you are uncertain about a particular product, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, we recommend first processing a return for the original product. After your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you wish to receive.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to finalize the refund.
